Hi I'm Lois,

Originally from Michigan my family and I moved to South Carolina in 2011, and we quickly fell in love with the charm and natural beauty of the Upstate of South Carolina. After establishing our home here, I decided to pursue Real Estate. I received my Real Estate License in 2016 and my Broker License in 2023. I have developed a deep understanding of the local market and community. My own experience with relocating makes me particularly well-equipped to assist clients moving from out of state, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home in whatever area of the Upstate fits you best. We have sweet little towns, Big cities, Mountain views and Lakes. 

Beyond my Real Estate career, I am actively engaged in the community. I substitute teach at my children’s school, volunteered as a Children’s Director at a local church, and formerly served as a track coach for a local school where I had the pleasure of mentoring and working with young athletes.
